Q. How long does it take before I receive my order?

A. From the moment you’ve placed your order, you can expect delivery to be between 10 and 25 business days. This time includes printing of your order (we don’t keep stock) and shipping.

We recommend to expect the longest wait of 25 business days to avoid disappointment. If it does arrive sooner… Awesome!

Q. Can I track my order?

A. Because we offer a flat rate shipping cost, tracking may not always be available. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. No, sorry. At this stage, we only ship to Australia. However, we’ll be adding other countries to our list soon.

Q. What are the shipping costs?

A. We’re able to offer you a flat rate shipping cost, depending on the item category. See the list below for more details:

  • Clothing: $15.00 + $1.5 per additional item
  • Pillows: $24.00 + $24.00 per additional item (due to the size of the pillows, they’ll have to be shipped separately if you order multiple pillows) 

Q. What if my order was damaged during shipping?

A. If your order arrives damaged, take a photo straight away and email it to us. We’re happy to send you a new item with no extra cost.

Q. What if my order got lost in transit?

A. If you never received your order, please contact us no later than 3 weeks after the expected delivery time. When you contact us, make sure to double check that your shipping address was correct. If it turns out that your order may indeed have gotten lost, we’ll ship your order again with no extra cost.

However, if the tracking code states that the item has been delivered and you believe it wasn’t, we recommend contacting the courier. It could be that they left your order in an unexpected place. In the case of a confirmed delivery through tracking, there is no refund/replacement.

Refunds

Q. How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product is received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Q. Can I get a refund?

A. Yes, you can get a refund if your order was damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item(s).

Simply contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order and send the item back (shipping costs at your own expense!).

Please note, all items that are eligible for a refund should be unused! Once used, you can’t request a refund.

Also note that we don’t refund orders simply because you changed your mind, or placed a wrong order.
